Generic B2B databases were built for the US market and adapted to everywhere else. The GCC inbox does not live on Gmail; it lives on workplace tenants, custom domains and regional providers that actually respond to verification probes. The portals that matter are local. The buying decisions are local. We built the platform around that reality rather than trying to retrofit a US dataset onto Dubai.

Every engagement starts with a qualification call. We scope the work around the buyer's use case — launch activation, brokerage benchmarking, PropTech integration — rather than selling a SKU. Pricing is structured per engagement and shared on the call. Documentation (DPAs, sub-processors, audit trail) is exchanged under NDA at engagement start.
